How do I find my driver at the airport?
Our driver will be waiting at the arrivals hall with a Silverway Stones name board. We track your flight so even if there are delays, we will be there when you land.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights. Your driver will adjust their arrival time automatically. There is no extra charge for flight delays.
Can I pay by M-Pesa?
Yes! We accept M-Pesa and card payments. You can pay online during booking or via STK push when you confirm your ride.
Is there a waiting charge?
We include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time. After that, a small waiting fee may apply.
